We are seeking a junior Salesforce developer with 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience. We're looking for a smart, creative developer with diverse experience. You'll be expected to handle advanced tasks, including designing solutions, interfacing with services using platform events and REST architecture, writing APEX classes, optimizing flows, implementing lightning components, and providing expert-level support. You should possess a strong software engineering background and a solid understanding of object-oriented software principles.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with APEX, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
• Familiarity with Aura Framework. Experience building Lightning Aura Components.
• Proficiency in unit testing and dependency injection.
• Proven experience in developing complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems successfully delivered to customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with both business and technical teams.
• Understanding of broader systems engineering concepts, including data structures, data modeling, database schemas, event-driven vs. message-driven architecture, and API integration best practices.
• Experience with Git Version Control Systems and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows within Salesforce.

• Understanding and experience in the FinTech / Financing space

• Develop Machine learning models to solve different business problems or for different use cases such as Credit Risk, Fraud Risk etc., and conduct thorough testing and validation of models
• Conduct data analysis and turn insights into actionable changes for predictive models or policies
• Partner with IT to deploy the Machine learning Models in the production
• Undertake collection, preprocessing and analysis of structured and unstructured data
• Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns

• Bachelors, Master or Ph.D. Degree, preferably in a quantitative area such as statistics or Data science or Business analytics
• 5+ years of experience in building Predictive models and data processing with strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of building new models and improving existing models
• Deep understanding of various statistical/ML modeling techniques and algorithms such as XGBoost, Logistics Regression, Random Forest etc.,
• Proficiency in SQL. Highly skilled in at least one of the following languages: Python or R
• Prior working experience in building credit risk models or experience in small business lending are added advantage
